Bladnoch is the oldest privately run distillery in the Lowlands and impresses with its «taste-first» philosophy, in which each whisky is only bottled when it has reached the ideal level of maturity. Using the purest water from the Bladnoch River, British barley and select casks, this natural whisky is neither chill-filtered nor artificially coloured to preserve its unadulterated character. The Bladnoch 16 Years from the Heritage Collection matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks and seduces with notes of wood spices, sultanas and chocolate. The palate is rich and flavoursome, with a long, slightly dry finish. This matured whisky is best enjoyed neat or on ice!
