The Bladnoch 14 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a true gem from one of Scotland's southernmost distilleries. Matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks, this whisky delights with an intense bouquet of sultanas, accompanied by a hint of orange peel, spicy wood notes and velvety chocolate. Bladnoch's experienced Master Distiller Dr Nick Savage carefully hand-selected each cask to create an exceptional whisky.The result is a rich drop with tantalising notes of fruit cake, dark chocolate and a subtle hint of sweet cinnamon on the palate. The finish is long-lasting and rich, perfect for cosy hours and special moments.

Gelten die Inseln und das Hochland mit ihren idyllischen Landschaften als Imageträger der Single Malt-Kultur, so sind die dicht besiedelten Lowlands das industrielle Herz Schottlands. Doch auch hier konnte der Niedergang der Whisky-Kultur in den letzten Jahren gestoppt werden. Rund ein halbes Dutzend Destillerien, die sich grösstenteils in den nördlichen Lowlands unweit der Metropolen Glasgow und Edinburgh befinden, sind heute wieder tätig und produzieren mehrheitlich leichte und sehr ausgewogene Brände.
