Hawkridge White, Victorian Cherry Orchard Gin

Fancy something a little unusual?
For this distillate, gin was flavoured with pressed red cherries, vanilla and honey. A tribute to the Victorian era, when people couldn't get enough of the red summer fruit. Delicious, sensual, extravagant.

Smells of preserved cherry, vanilla and beeswax. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate with a pronounced almond flavour. A hint of cherry through to the finish.

Can also be mixed wonderfully: Lemon juice, simple syrup, soda water, a lemon wedge and a fresh cherry.
