Description
This Extra Old Rum comes from two casks from an exquisite Single Origin Panama 2008, matured for 14 years in American oak. This special ageing is reflected in notes of vanilla, ginger, chocolate orange and charred oak. Full aroma, soft, round mouthfeel and intense flavour characterise this rum. It smells of ginger biscuits, buttery toffee and molasses. On the palate, it is strong and creamy. Its finish is warming, sweet and enveloping with notes of citrus zest and toasted oak.
