Xin Gin Irish Gin

Description

The Irish couple, the McAllisters, created Xin Gin, a juniper-infused dry gin with fresh citrus notes of orange peel and lemongrass combined with the exotic flavour of Asian persimmon khaki, enhanced by an earthy, herbal undertone of dill and cinnamon spice. In Mandarin, its name means "heart" or "feelings". The ancient Celtic swirls on the bottle and the cross-shaped label represent founders Michell and Gareth McAllister's love and connection to Irish and modern Asian culture and aesthetics. Xin Gin won a bronze medal for Best Contemporary Irish Gin at the 2022 World Gin Awards.
