Description
This Vermouth Bianco shows a perfect balance between sweet and bitter notes. On the palate, it is delicately fruity with spicy flavours of anise and a little liquorice, paired with vanilla and rose. It is best served chilled with a squeeze of fresh lemon or a slice of orange to enhance the floral notes. The Marolo distillery has restored the original recipe from 1854, developed by Dr Domenico Ulrich, an pharmacist and botanist. Only local botanicals and wine from Piedmont are used.
