«Mushroom & Wine» to celebrate the start of autumn - Shop Männedorf
The combination of mushroom dishes with wine can lead to an unforgettable culinary experience. We will tell you everything you need to know to find the best possible combination.
Passionate mushroom collector and connoisseur Nadine Schib, an employee of Baur au Lac Vins, will introduce you to the most common local mushrooms for an aperitif and explain how to recognise their characteristics. Afterwards, six tasting mushroom dishes with matching wines will be served and presented to you.
