Mario Aschwanden (pictured left), Head of Purchasing, travelled to Burgundy this late autumn together with Marc Almert (pictured right), Head Sommelier Baur au Lac and Baur au Lac Vins, and was able to taste many barrel samples of the 2021 vintage from the most renowned wineries.
