All participants will then work on and design a so-called compensation area under the supervision of Roland Lenz. After a short visit to the vines, you will plant bushes, shrubs and fruit trees on the designated plot while setting up shelters for insects, small animals and reptiles. Once the work is completed, you will refresh yourself with a delicious luncheon snack, taste different wines and learn about the wines of the future from Roland Lenz.

Costs: CHF 45.- per person including welcome coffee with croissants, lunchtime snack and wine tasting. Minimum number of participants: 15 persons, maximum 30.

Plants and materials needed on that day will be financed from the proceeds of the two wines 1844 Ballenz White and 1844 Ballenz Red. For each bottle sold, 50 centimes from the purchaser and another 50 centimes from Baur au Lac Vins (thus a total of 1 Swiss franc) will go towards supporting this project.
